convenient locationfriendly staff
The location IS convenient, right next to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful . The lobby was ALWAYS lively. I saw people playing games and socializing there.
Some additional costs SURPRISED me, like for earlier check-in.

the location near the train station was convenient (easy access to transportation).
I was disappointed by the noise levels at night, with building sounds interrupting my sleep around 2-4 am. also, other guests were loud in the corridors. Shouting and playing music late into the night made it hard to rest. i think management should address the noise issues to improve the overall experience.

The hotel provided guest kitchen and a free water dispenser. The supermarket location near the station made getting snacks easy. I found excellent laundry facilities VERY useful. It was easy to prepare meals in the kitchen.
The room cleaning is only upon request, not clearly communicated at check-in.

the train station is super close, like two minutes away! it made getting around so simple. the hotel has a cool mix of hostel and hotel vibes. the shared kitchen is handy, especially if you want to save some money. breakfast is also good, a nice start to the day!
the sixth floor hallway had trash sometimes, sadly. it wasn't a huge deal, but it did feel a little untidy. i hope they find a better cleaning schedule!

Breakfast offers a good selection, not really good but definitely satisfying. The hotel has a shared kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals to save money. An italian restaurant is very close to the facility too.
